Alton B. Hornback appeals an order of the Court of Federal Claims, No. 96-CV-647 (May 12, 1998), dismissing his patent action against the government on the ground that Hornback failed to exhaust his administrative remedies before instituting the action. Because we agree with the courts determination that Hornback must first seek relief and obtain a decision from the government agency on his patent claim before bringing suit, we affirm.
